With nearly two decades of experience spanning dental practice manager/owner and as owner/manager of a trade company, Jocelyn brings a rare blend of hands-on expertise and strategic insight to every coaching relationship. She has built and led multiple successful ventures including two high-performing dental practices and a profitable painting and decorating company giving her a deep, real-world understanding of what it takes to grow, scale, and sustain a thriving business.
Jocelyn’s career is built on creating real, measurable transformation. She has turned struggling and underperforming clinics into thriving, profitable practices and built her own businesses from the ground up into companies to be proud of.
